Terms of Use

Our service

Sacramento Foundation Company is a free matching service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not perform inspections or repairs, and we do not employ or supervise the contractors we match you with.

Contractors are independent

Contractors are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, permits and estimates. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. We encourage you to verify any contractor's license on the California CSLB website at cslb.ca.gov and to get written estimates.

Information on this site

Content on this site, including any cost information, is general education only. It is not a quote, professional advice or an engineering opinion. Only an on-site inspection by a licensed contractor can give a real estimate.

No obligation

Requesting a match is free and does not obligate you to hire anyone.
